Prepare the Focaccia Croutons
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut focaccia bread into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil until the dressing is well combined.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Add the parmesan cheese and croutons, and gently toss again.

Divide the salad among plates and top with additional parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
