Prepare the Remoulade
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped cherry peppers, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Prepare the Calamari
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C).

Coat the Calamari
Toss the calamari rings in the flour mixture until well coated, shaking off any excess flour.

Fry the Calamari
Fry the calamari in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the fried calamari hot with the cherry pepper remoulade and charred lemon on the side.
