Lobster Tail Preparation

Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull apart the shell slightly to expose the meat.

Season the Lobster
Drizzle olive oil over the exposed lobster meat. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over each tail, ensuring to season well.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until fully liquefied.

Add Garlic and Seasoning
Mince the garlic cloves and add to the melted butter. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes for the flavors to meld.
