Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 2
Prepare Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- 4
Bake Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the florets are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly, then return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 6
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Blend Dressing
Use a whisk or a hand mixer to combine until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 8
Chill Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
