Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water or use a salad spinner to dry the leaves. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add the croutons and shredded parmesan cheese to the bowl with the prepared romaine lettuce.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, minced anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Taste the dressing and add salt and black pepper according to your preference. Whisk again to combine.
Final Assembly

Dress the Salad
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad base in the large bowl. Toss the salad gently to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve the Caesar salad immediately while fresh. Optionally, you can garnish with additional parmesan cheese or croutons on top.
