Meatballs

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Meatballs

Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Marinara Sauce

While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them in a bowl with marinara sauce. Offer focaccia bread or gluten-free baguette on the side upon request.
