Prepare the Greens
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, spinach, and arugula. Toss well to mix.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Once cooked, remove from heat, let cool, and then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Avocado and Tomatoes
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Assemble the Salad
On top of the mixed greens, evenly distribute the diced avocado, chopped bacon, corn, gorgonzola cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the dressing over the assembled salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
