Prepare the Vinaigrette
In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sear the Tuna
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the ahi tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. Add a little oil to the skillet, then sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until a nice crust forms but the inside remains rare.

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, arrange the mixed greens. Slice the seared tuna and place it on top of the greens. Drizzle the cilantro lime vinaigrette over the salad and finish with ponzu sauce.
