Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Preheat and Season

Preheat your grill or oven to high heat. Season the dry-aged prime bone-in strip steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Rub the steak with olive oil and place it on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Loaded Baked Potato

  1. 4

    Bake the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Pierce the russet potatoes with a fork and place them directly on the oven rack. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Filling

Once baked, remove the potatoes from the oven. Cut a slit down the center of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork. Add butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon bits to taste.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the loaded baked potatoes alongside the sliced steak for a complete meal.
