Cook the chicken until crispy. You can use deep frying, pan frying, or baking. Once cooked, let it cool slightly and then chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and crunchy rice noodles.

Add the chopped crispy chicken to the vegetable mixture and toss gently to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
