1. Prepare Vegetables

Wash and dice the onion, cucumber, and tomato. Cut the carrot into sticks.

2. Prepare Egg

Hard boil the eggs, cool them, peel, and slice them into quarters.

In a large bowl, combine the diced onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot sticks, and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Toss gently.

4. Add Croutons and Dressing
