Jam Preparation

1. Prepare the Fruits

Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries thoroughly. Remove any stems and leaves, and chop larger fruits into smaller pieces.

2. Mix Ingredients

In a large pot, combine the prepared fruits, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

3. Cook the Mixture

Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Allow it to boil for about 10 minutes.

4. Add Pectin

After boiling, add the pectin to the fruit mixture, stirring constantly. Continue to boil for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.

5. Jar the Jam

Carefully pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of headspace. Seal the jars with lids.

6. Cool and Store

Let the jars cool to room temperature before storing them in the refrigerator or pantry.

Jelly Preparation

7. Prepare the Juice

Measure out 500 ml of grape juice and pour it into a large pot.

8. Combine Ingredients

Add sugar and lemon juice to the pot with grape juice. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

9. Bring to a Boil

Heat the mixture over medium-high heat and bring it to a rolling boil.

10. Add Pectin

Once boiling, add the pectin while stirring continuously to prevent clumping. Boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.

11. Jar the Jelly

Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch of headspace. Seal them with lids.

12. Cool and Store

Allow the jars to cool to room temperature before storing them in the refrigerator or pantry.
