Method

Omelet Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

Cook the bacon, ham, or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelet

In the same skillet, add a little oil or butter if needed, and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium-low heat until the edges start to set.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and Filling

Once the eggs are slightly set, sprinkle cheese and the cooked meat over one half of the omelet. Carefully fold the other half over the filling.

  5. 5

    Finish Cooking

Continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Slide onto a plate.

Hashbrowns Directions

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater or food processor.

  2. 7

    Cook the Hashbrowns

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add grated potatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Toast/Biscuit/English Muffin Directions

  1. 8

    Prepare the Bread

Toast the slices of bread, biscuit, or English muffin until golden brown.
