Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Chop the roast beef and onion, and crumble the cooked bacon. Shred the cheddar cheese and set all ingredients aside.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Onions

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-5 minutes, until soft and translucent.

  2. 3

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 4

    Cook the Omelet

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sautéed onions. Allow it to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to set.

  4. 5

    Add Fillings

Once the eggs are slightly set, sprinkle the chopped roast beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over one half of the omelet.

  5. 6

    Fold the Omelet

Using a spatula, gently fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts and the eggs are fully cooked.

  6. 7

    Serve

Carefully slide the omelet onto a plate. Cut in half if desired and serve hot.
