Add Fillings
Once the omelet is mostly set, sprinkle the cooked ground beef mixture, cheddar cheese, black olives, and diced tomatoes over one half of the omelet.

Fold and Finish
Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelet is fully cooked. Slide onto a plate.
Preparing Hashbrowns and Toast

Cook Hashbrowns
In a separate skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the frozen hashbrowns in an even layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Toast Bread
While the hashbrowns are cooking, toast your choice of bread, English muffin, or biscuits according to package instructions or until golden brown.
