Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and roughly chop the fresh spinach. If using canned artichokes, drain and chop them into smaller pieces.

Cook the Spinach
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 3
Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- 4
Incorporate Remaining Ingredients
Add the wilted spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
