FROM OUR ROTISSERIE

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

  3. 3

    Roast the Chicken

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Ribs

While the chicken is roasting, prepare the pork ribs by rubbing them with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add a generous layer of barbecue sauce on both sides.

  5. 5

Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Cook the Ribs

After the chicken has been roasting for about 45 minutes, place the ribs in the oven and bake for an additional 45 minutes.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

While the chicken and ribs are cooking, peel and cube the red potatoes.

  8. 8

Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the water.

  9. 9

Mash the potatoes with butter and milk until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  10. 10

    Prepare the Glazed Carrots

Slice the carrots into rounds and place them in a skillet over medium heat.

  11. 11

Add brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon to the skillet with the carrots. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.

  12. 12

    Serve

Once the chicken and ribs are done, remove them from the oven. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve the roasted chicken and barbecue ribs with mashed red potatoes and sweet glazed carrots.
