Method

Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lettuce

While the salmon is cooking, rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

  3. 3

    Slice the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice the avocado into thin slices and set aside.

  4. 4

    Add Croutons and Cheese

Once the salmon has cooled, flake it into large pieces and add it to the salad bowl along with the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.

Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Rémoulade

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, capers, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

  2. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the prepared rémoulade over the salad mixture in the bowl. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing.
