Salad Preparation

Cook the Salmon
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Lettuce
While the salmon is cooking, rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Once the salmon has cooled, flake it into large pieces and add it to the salad bowl along with the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.

Make the Rémoulade
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, capers, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared rémoulade over the salad mixture in the bowl. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing.
