Marinate the Fish
Place the grouper fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Mix the Vegetables
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.

Prepare the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Combine and Refrigerate
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture, and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended.

Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary. Chill until ready to use.
Sandwich Assembly

Prepare the Rolls
Slice the sandwich rolls in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.

Layer each bottom half of the roll with grilled grouper, a generous helping of coleslaw, pickles, and red onions. Top with the other half of the roll.
