Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the pork ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

Apply Barbecue Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oven. Brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce over the ribs and return them to the oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
Coleslaw

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Combine and Chill
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss to combine thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
