Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Aioli

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Tenderloin

Season the Angus tenderloin with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from grill and let rest.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Fries

While the meat is resting, prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the bacon, crack the eggs and fry them to your liking (sunny-side up or over-easy).

  6. 6

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the butter croissants in half. On the bottom half, layer the grilled tenderloin, crispy bacon, fries, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, and finally the fried egg. Spread the homemade aioli on the top half of the croissant and place it on top. Serve immediately.
