Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grouper

Season the grouper fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Bread the Fish

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Pan-Sear the Grouper

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the breaded grouper fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

  4. 4

Make the Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add butter. Once melted, stir in lemon juice and capers. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the grouper fillets and drizzle with the lemon caper beurre blanc. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
