Crust Preparation

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt.

    Add Wet Ingredients

    Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

    Form the Crust

    Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an 8-inch round tart pan evenly.

    Bake the Crust

    Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Filling Preparation

    Prepare the Filling

    In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

    Fill the Crust

    Once the crust has cooled, pour the filling into the crust and spread it evenly.

    Chill the Tart

    Refrigerate the tart for at least 2-3 hours, or until the filling is set.

Topping Preparation

    Melt the Chocolate

    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate vegan chips until smooth.

    Add Chocolate Topping

    Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled tart and spread it evenly.

    Add Coconut Flakes and Nuts

    Sprinkle coconut flakes and chopped nuts on top of the melted chocolate.

    Final Chill

    Return the tart to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
