Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Seafood Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced shrimp, crab meat, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Drizzle the olive oil over the mushroom caps. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the seafood stuffing mixture.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Bake the Mushrooms

Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

  2. 6

    Serve

Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes, and serve warm as an appetizer.
