Gather all the ingredients: Hard Truth Coconut Rum, Myer's Spiced Rum, Bacardi Pineapple Rum, fresh pineapple, coconut cream, vanilla ice cream, and ice cubes.

Chop the fresh pineapple into small pieces and set aside.
Blending

Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine the chopped fresh pineapple, 2 oz of Hard Truth Coconut Rum, 1 oz of Myer's Spiced Rum, 1 oz of Bacardi Pineapple Rum, 1 cup of coconut cream, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and 2 cups of ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no large chunks of pineapple or ice.
Serving

Pour the blended pina colada into chilled glasses. Optionally, garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cherry.
