Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Metcalfe's Raspberry Liqueur, Martin Miller's Gin, and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Add Soda Water
Top the drink with soda water and stir gently to combine.

Prepare the Garnish
Gently place fresh raspberries on top of the drink and add a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass for garnish.
