Chicken Tenders Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Start by rinsing the chicken breast tenders under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Take each chicken tender, coat it in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it with the seasoned bread crumbs. Set the breaded tenders on a plate.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil, cooking them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Make sure to check the internal temperature to be at least 165°F (74°C).
- 6
Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
