Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the chicken breast and slice the pork loin. Julienne the carrot, slice the bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked chicken and pork to the pan. Add the bean sprouts, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir everything together.

Thicken the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the pan and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice or noodles, if desired.

Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve
Remove the garlic toast from the oven and serve warm alongside Blake's chop suey.
