Prepare the Tomato Base
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the tomato sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Cream Mixture
In a separate bowl, mix the grass-fed PA cow’s cream with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Assemble the Panna
In a large serving dish, spread the warm tomato sauce evenly across the bottom. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute evenly over the sauce.

Add the Cream
Drizzle the prepared cream mixture over the mozzarella and tomato sauce. This will create a creamy layer.

Garnish with Arugula and Parmigiano
Top with fresh arugula and sprinkle the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese generously over the entire dish.

Serve immediately, allowing guests to mix the layers together as they wish.
