
Mile High Mud Pie Recipe
Kona coffee ice cream & Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream on an Oreo cookie crumb crust. Topped with Whipped cream, caramel, and almonds. Served in a pool of hot fudge.

Prepare the Crust
Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with melted butter and mix until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.

Layer the Ice Cream
After the crust has set, remove it from the freezer. Scoop the Kona coffee ice cream into the crust, spreading it evenly. Return to the freezer for about 30 minutes. Once set, add the Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream on top, spreading it evenly. Freeze for another 2 hours or until firm.

Add Toppings
Once the pie is firm, remove it from the freezer. Top generously with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

Serve
Warm the hot fudge in a microwave or on the stove until it is pourable. Serve slices of the Mile High Mud Pie in a pool of hot fudge.
