Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hood River Easy Rider Bourbon, Big Red’s IPA hopped honey syrup, and peach bitters.

Shake Well
Add a few mint leaves to the shaker, then fill it with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.
