Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes and toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until the dressing is emulsified.

Assemble the Salad
Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl. Add the croutons and pour the dressing over the salad. Toss to combine.

Top the salad with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
