Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower wings. Toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Final Bake
Return the cauliflower wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven and serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.
