Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon into the mixture and stir well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillet on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes. Carefully flip the fillet and grill for another 4 to 6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of side.
