Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, season the Black Angus ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into a patty approximately 6 oz in size, ensuring it's slightly larger than the bun as it will shrink while cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until it reaches medium doneness (internal temperature of 160°F).

  3. 3

    Toast the Bun

While the burger is cooking, toast the burger bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the bun, place the cooked burger patty. Add optional toppings like a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard as desired. If using, add a fried egg on top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with a side of fries, chips, or a salad.
