Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

In a large pot, combine the Big Red's IPA, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the baby back ribs and bring to a simmer. Cover and braise on low heat for about 2 hours until tender.

  2. 2

    Grill the Sirloin

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the center-cut sirloin with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Finish the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the pot and brush them with BBQ sauce. Grill for an additional 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelized.

  4. 4

    Make the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, milk, and parmesan cheese until creamy.

  5. 5

    Cook the Vegetables

Steam or sauté the mixed vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the grilled sirloin alongside the baby back ribs, a generous serving of parmesan mashed potatoes, and house vegetables.
