Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sirloin

Season the center-cut sirloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Grill the Sirloin

Grill the seasoned sirloin for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Beer Batter

In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, hefeweizen beer, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  4. 4

    Fry the Shrimp

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pan over medium-high heat. Dip the shrimp into the beer batter and fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Make Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Mix the mashed potatoes with grated parmesan cheese and butter. Stir until well combined and creamy.

  6. 6

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté the mixed house vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the grilled sirloin alongside the beer-battered shrimp, parmesan mashed potatoes, and sautéed house vegetables. Enjoy!
