Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Caramelized Apple and Onion

Slice the apple and onion thinly. In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the apple slices and continue to cook until both are caramelized and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Set aside.

2

Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

3

Form the Beef Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal patties.

4

Cook the Beef Patties

In the skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

5

Prepare the Maple Bourbon Sriracha BBQ Sauce

In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and sriracha sauce to create a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.

6

Assemble the Burger

Toast the brioche buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, place the beef patty with melted cheese, followed by the caramelized apple and onion, crispy bacon, and a drizzle of the maple bourbon sriracha BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

7

Serve

Serve the H&H Burger with a side of fries or a side salad.
