Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Base Layer

In a blender, combine the banana, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into the bottom of a tall glass.

  2. 2

    Make the Red Layer

In the same blender, add strawberries and pomegranate juice. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour this layer on top of the base layer, using the back of a spoon to help keep the layers separate.

  3. 3

    Create the Orange Layer

Rinse the blender, then add carrot juice and mango. Blend until smooth. Pour gently over the red layer.

  4. 4

    Add the Yellow Layer

Rinse the blender again, then blend pineapple and coconut milk until smooth. Pour this layer gently on top of the orange layer.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Green Layer

Wash the blender, then blend spinach and kiwi until smooth. Pour this layer carefully on top of the yellow layer.

  6. 6

    Make the Blue Layer

Rinse the blender, add blueberries and almond milk, then blend until smooth. Pour this layer on top of the green layer carefully.

  7. 7

    Create the Purple Layer

Finally, blend blackberries and purple grapes until smooth. Pour this layer on top of the blue layer.
