Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

3

Cook the Shrimp

While the salmon is grilling, heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the shrimp.

4

Combine and Serve

Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until they are pink and cooked through. Add the red sauce to the shrimp and mix well. Once the salmon is done, plate it and top with the garlic shrimp mixture. Serve with your choice of side.
