Preparation and Cooking Directions

1

Marinate the Pork Chop

Season the pork shoulder chop with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub the spices thoroughly over the meat. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for better flavor, refrigerate it for a few hours.

2

Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Ensure there is enough oil to fully submerge the pork chop.

3

Deep Fry the Pork Chop

Carefully lower the marinated pork chop into the hot oil. Fry for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F) and the outside is golden brown and crispy.

4

Drain and Serve

Remove the pork chop from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
