Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Marinate the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.

Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Pork Chops

Remove the pork chops from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Grill or pan-sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from heat. Let them rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
