Prepare the Oreo Crust
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 1/4 cup of melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Layer the Ice Cream
Remove the crust from the freezer and spread half of the Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream over the Oreo crust. Smooth it out evenly and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.

Add the Marshmallow Fluff
After the first layer of ice cream has set, spread the whipped marshmallow fluff evenly over the ice cream layer.

Add the Second Layer of Ice Cream
Spread the remaining Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream over the marshmallow fluff layer. Smooth it out evenly.

Final Freeze
Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Remove from the freezer, cut into squares, and enjoy your delicious Ice Cream Cake!
