Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the low-fat yogurt, cooled brewed coffee, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Chill the Mixture
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to ensure it is cold before freezing.

Churn the Yogurt
Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Add Candy Bar Pieces
During the last few minutes of churning, add the Heath® candy bar pieces to the yogurt mixture, allowing them to mix in evenly.

Transfer the yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
