Preparation
1. Prepare the Curry Sauce
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add curry powder and toast for 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Add Tomato Sauce
Stir in the tomato sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Grill the Weisswurst
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the weisswurst for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned.
4. Slice the Weisswurst
Remove the weisswurst from the grill and let it rest for a minute before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
5. Prepare the Pommes
While the weisswurst is grilling, peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse and pat dry. Deep fry or bake until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt.
6. Serve
Arrange the sliced currywurst on a plate, smother with the curry sauce, and serve alongside the pommes and brötchen.
