Cook the Bratwurst
In a large skillet or grill, cook the bratwursts over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.

Prepare the Sauerkraut
While the bratwursts are cooking, heat the sauerkraut in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.

Toast the Bread Rolls
If desired, lightly toast the bread rolls in a toaster or on the grill for a couple of minutes until golden.

Place each bratwurst on a plate with a generous serving of sauerkraut. Add a bread roll on the side, a dollop of mustard, and a few pickle slices.
