1. Chicken Breast
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let it rest.
2. Ground Beef
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
3. Tofu
Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut it into cubes and season with salt and pepper. In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
