Cheese Dip Preparation

1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the Stracciatella cheese, chopped pistachios, EVOO D.O.P., acacia honey, and sea salt. Mix gently until well combined but still creamy.

Crostini Preparation

2. Prepare the Sourdough Crostini

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the sourdough bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brush both sides of each slice with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

3. Bake the Crostini

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crostini are golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Serving

4. Serve

Transfer the Stracciatella dip to a serving bowl. Serve alongside the warm sourdough crostini for dipping.
