Directions
- 1
Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven and cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until crispy.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
While the fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and allow to cool before dicing.
- 3
Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- 4
Assemble the Dish
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and top with the diced chicken and cheese mixture. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- 5
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
While the cheese stix fries are baking, heat the tomato soup in a saucepan until warmed through. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, serve hot with the warm tomato soup and ranch dressing for dipping.
