Crispy chicken, gouda cheese, crispy onions topped with wavy sauce

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in all-purpose flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Prepare the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.

Fry the Chicken

Once the chicken is cooked, place it on a baking sheet. Top each piece with gouda cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Melt the Cheese

Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle crispy onions on top of the melted cheese.

Add Crispy Onions

Drizzle your favorite wavy sauce over the top and serve immediately.
